15-Minute Rule book reviews!

Have just pasted these reviews from Amazon. I'm one happy bunny!

This review is from: The 15 Minute Rule: How to stop procrastinating and take charge of your life (Paperback)
This is a great book, until I read it I would not have believed how something which seems such a simple concept could help so much with time management. I now think of things in 15 minute segments, don't get distracted or overwhelmed. Marvellous - I seem to have much more time!

5.0 out of 5 stars Changed my whole outlook!26 Feb 2012

I'm not really one for "self-help" books as a genre, but this one is bite sized (practising what it preaches!), delivering common sense advice and relatable insight. I can't recommend it enough. I'm definitely a bit of a procrastinator, tending to focus all my efforts on one area of my life and this book totally changed my whole outlook, allowing me to achieve more of a balance and actually get things done!

An ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC read and a fantasic concept. We all have things in our lives we dread doing, but following this idea makes those tasks so much more bearable and far less daunting. This book has changed my approach to life, especially those things I find difficult to start. Using the 15 minute rule and philosophy ensured I got my tax return in on time and my bathroom clean! Buy this book if productivity and a sense of achievement is what you are after! Well Done Caroline, an amazing book

This book really changed my way of thinking. I always used to say to myself, 'I'll do so-and-so when I've got a spare day,' whether it was clearing out a cupboard or doing the admin. I've got two young children and, I've discovered, that day spare day never comes! Now, after reading the book, I just do fifteen minutes when the baby's asleep or while I'm waiting for the pasta to boil - and actually I've cleared out a good few cupboards, got on top of the admin, and am deciding what to do next. It's a winning rule and a winning book - I'd recommend it to anyone, especially busy mums!

Wow, this book really does what it says on the tin! Well, it certainly helped me take control of my life.
The thought of taking on all those tasks I'd shelved - from tax returns to filling in forms, exercising to losing weight, clearing out cupboards to kick starting a new hobby - seemed overwhelming until I read its simple but effective advice.
Starting these jobs in 15-minute spurts has made me conquer the fear to do it all anyway. Brilliant!
